SUBSCRIBER TERMS OF USE

1 INTRODUCTION
These User Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between MyCashBox ("Titan Payment System LTD", "Titan PS", "Platform" or "We") and users ("Users" or "You") who access and use the Platform's services to send money. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
2 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 Agreement
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional Terms and conditions provided by the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, have a valid Ghana card and own a validly registered mobile money wallet to use the Platform's services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3 USER ACCOUNT
3.1 Registration
In order to use the Platform, you may be required to create a user account or CashBox. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Verification
We may require you to verify your identity and provide additional information for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide accurate information or refusal to cooperate with verification may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
3.3 Account Ownership
You will be the sole owner of your account, however, you will be able to share your account with up to five (5) people. Each person will have their own access credentials, no need to share, but you will determine what they can do. More importantly, you are protected with two levels of authorization, on transaction escapes your view.
3.4 Updates To Your Information
We will not update any information on you provided when registering your account. The responsibility of updating information lies with you.
4 USE OF SERVICES
4.1 Compliance
You agree to use the Platform's services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You will not use the services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
4.2 Transaction Authorization
By initiating a transaction on the Platform, and approving at your mobile money wallet, you authorize us to facilitate the transfer of funds on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the transaction details, including recipient information, are accurate.
4.3 Fees
The Platform may charge fees for the use of its services. You acknowledge and agree to pay any applicable fees and understand that these fees maybe increased from time to time. The fees will be clearly communicated to you before initiating a transaction.
4.4 Transaction Limits
Limits on your transactions amounts or frequency of transactions are imposed from your mobile money wallet provider. We do not impose limits. However, we may impose these limits and it may vary based on factors such as your account verification status, transaction history, and legal requirements.
4.5 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the legality of your transactions. You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized or suspicious activity related to your account.
5 ACCEPTABLE USES
You are solely and independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your use of our platform. In addition, you must adhere to the terms of this acceptable uses.
5.1 Illegal Activities
You may not use our platform for activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation in Ghana. In line with the above, here is a list of activities that prohibited on MyCashBox.
• Narcotics
• Stolen goods
• The selling of products or services deemed to be fraudulent
• Items considered as offensive
• Items that impinge on or violate proprietary rights
• Ammunition, firearms, firearm parts or accessories.
5.2 Pyramid Schemes
You may not use our platform for activities that relate to transactions that support pyramid schemes, "get rich quick" schemes and certain multi-level marketing programs.
6 PRIVACY AND SECURITY
6.1 Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.2 Security
We employ reasonable security measures to protect your information and transactions. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed as completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and taking appropriate measures to protect your information.
7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Disclaimer
We provide the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Platform and make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided.
7.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.
8 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Ghana. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Ghana.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or claim arising under these Terms, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations within 30 days of the dispute being reported. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798).
9 GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
9.2 Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on our Platform or by other means as required by law. Logging in after such updates will require you to accept the revised Subscriber Terms of Use.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
